The Art of Play
Workshop
A Playful Day,
with a Kind Purpose.

Your team creates a collective artwork
for your office wall.
And your team helps children play.
This is a playful workshop,
with two great outcomes!
Most team activities produce a memory.
The Art of Play produces something you can point to, and something that matters beyond your office walls.
During the workshop, your team works together through guided creative exercises and art games to build a collective artwork. It reflects something real about your team: your energy, your dynamics, your way of working together. At the end of the session, it’s professionally framed and ready to hang in your office.
The second outcome: 20% of every booking goes directly to Right to Play, an international NGO that uses play to support children in poverty and conflict zones. Your company receives an official donation certificate in your name.
One afternoon. A collective artwork on your office wall,
and a Right to Play donation certificate in your company’s name.

What happens in the workshop
Through guided creative exercises and art games, your team explores a theme together: your culture, your values, your dynamics, or simply what makes you a team. The creative process is the facilitation. The artwork that emerges from it is a result of genuine team interaction, not a craft project.
Each workshop is fully customised. Peter and Helena, both with backgrounds in corporate and in art, design the session around your specific brief: your group size, your theme, your goals. The game-based format keeps energy high and lowers the threshold, so people who’d normally disengage from a team day show up fully.
The result is a collective artwork that captures something true about your team on the day you made it. Professionally framed, ready to hang in your office.
No art background needed from anyone.
What your team takes away
A collective artwork on your office wall
A professionally framed artwork your team made together, reflecting something real about who you are.
Real team connection
The creative process reaches places a presentation can’t. The art games open genuine conversations and interactions that a standard workshop format doesn’t reach.
Energy without forced enthusiasm
The format is game-based and active. Teams that are sceptical of team building engage fully because the play is the facilitation.
A social impact contribution in your name
20% of your booking goes to Right to Play. Your company receives a donation certificate of your team’s social contribution.
About
Right To Play
Right To Play is an international organisation working in over 15 countries to improve the lives of children growing up in poverty, displacement, and conflict through the power of play and sport.
Their play-based methodology builds resilience, promotes healthy development, and supports learning for children facing the highest barriers to a fair start.

The Right to Play donation.
How it works.
20% of every Art of Play workshop fee goes directly to Right to Play, an international NGO working in over 15 countries to support children growing up in poverty, displacement, and conflict through the power of play.
Your team builds connection and creates something that stays on your wall. A child somewhere gets the chance to play, learn, and grow.
What your company receives An official donation certificate from Right to Play, issued in your company’s name. Real, documented, verifiable.
Work on you CSR mandate or social impact target
The Art of Play is one of the few team activities that doubles as a documented social contribution. The certificate is issued by Right to Play, making this a genuine CSR activity, not just a feel-good framing.
One booking covers both your team experience and the social impact.

Happy Clients
We organized a hybrid event for our office in Amsterdam (live) and Ukraine (online). Peter designed a workshop where we created an artwork together.
Through a mix of online and live collaboration, we built a connection with our international colleagues. Our Ukrainian colleagues sent in their pieces, and within a few weeks, Peter delivered a stunning Picasso-style mosaic made up of all our works!
A 10/10 experience, fun for the entire team – you create something beautiful together for the office!

We had an amazing workshop with Peter.
He came up with a plan that fit perfectly, allowing the two groups to collaborate effectively and get to know each other better.
By the end, we had created a beautiful mosaic artwork! Peter is perfect for a relaxed yet artistic workshop where teamwork is key.

I attended three workshops with Peter – first as a guest, then I booked two more for my teams.
The workshops are fantastic for team building, with well-guided, informative, and hands-on elements.
I also appreciated the option to incorporate our brand colors and the smooth communication throughout the entire process!
