Founders
About Collab was born from a shared vision
between Peter Bout and Helena Dolabela:
a creative space where art, strategic thinking, and genuine team connection come together; bridging the gap between fun team outings and meaningful team development.
Peter’s creative & artistry and Helena’s strategic business mind have shaped About Collab’s distinctive approach, where creativity sparks real business results.
They are business partners,
but above all, life partners.
Meet Peter Bout
Peter is an artist at heart. He paints, he builds, he makes things with his hands, and few things bring him more joy than sharing that creative spark with others.
Alongside his artistic practice, Peter brings a deep understanding of how teams and organizations work. He holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Economics from the University of Amsterdam (UvA), with a semester at the University of Otago in New Zealand, where he explored organizational structures, team dynamics, and what truly motivates people.
Over 15 years across marketing, media, events, and creative production have sharpened his eye and his craft, but making art remains his real passion, and spreading the joy of it is his purpose.
In Peter’s workshops, strategic business goals and creative exploration aren’t separate worlds. They belong together.
