Happy Clients

We organized a hybrid event for our office in Amsterdam (live) and Ukraine (online). Peter designed a workshop where we created an artwork together.

Through a mix of online and live collaboration, we built a connection with our international colleagues. Our Ukrainian colleagues sent in their pieces, and within a few weeks, Peter delivered a stunning Picasso-style mosaic made up of all our works!

Meet Peter Bout

Peter combines organizational expertise with
a passion for creativity and craftsmanship.

He holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Economics from the University of Amsterdam (UvA), including a semester at the University of Otago in New Zealand, focusing on organizational structures, team dynamics, and employee motivation.

With over 14 years of experience in marketing, media, events, and creative production, Peter facilitates impactful workshops where strategic goals and creative exploration go hand-in-hand.
